I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Cleveland, OH) in Nov 2014
Interview
Applied online. Store manager called within the week to schedule an interview. Interviewed with two different managers in the same day. First manager asked simply questions about previous retail experience, different scenario type questions like what was a time I had a poor customer service experience. Also asked about sport passions. Second manager asked similar questions and about availability. Hired on spot. If you can hold an conversation you will get the job, especially if it is for seasonal employment.

Interview
Pretty laid back interview and didn’t get to in-depth. Talked about why I would be a good fit and mainly just asked questions about me. Left the interview feeling good and right for the position. However never received a call back.
