I interviewed 3 times and then lastly with the ENTIRE group! Everyone was amazing! Excellent company culture, I’m very excited about this opportunity. I knew I had the ksas’s, but fit seemed EXTREMELY important to them.

They asked me about my style and how would I handle situations if we disagreed. Being out and about with employees and being available while working was important. They don’t want to bother you on your time off, but, if something happens and they need you they hope you would come in.
