I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Cherry Hill, NJ) in Apr 2012
Interview
I applied for a summer job before i started to college I sent in a very minimal resume and they didn't get back to me until a little over a month for an interview. When I came in for the interview it was very relaxed. It was just a single brief interview, the department head sat down with me and did a majority of the questions then finally store manager came in just to get a feel for who I was.

Interview
Very simple. One phone screen and then an in person interview with the floor manager. Overall very simple process and very few questions. Got offered the position during the second interview.
