For a job paying under $30/hour you will have no less than 4 interviews for a role in Human Resources. Why? HR leadership pick people based on A) What they look like and B) If you will be a good friend and C) they ask leading questions under the guise of behavioral questions to determine if you will lie and throw others under the bus for them. It takes 3 months from when you send in your resume to when you get a job offer with DISH. Why? They pick friends and friends of friends first. These folks decline once they know the wage posted is not the wage being offered, that these jobs should be salaried but are hourly, and that the PTO amount posted is not the PTO you will receive. They are the lucky -- they avoid being micro-managed, sabotaged, poorly trained, and expected to work off the clock so as not to create overtime. You will wish you never applied for DISH! There is a reason they are less than 3 stars, but recruiters will lie and say they have won Best Workplace 3 yrs in a row - yeah, 5 yrs ago! Don't be duped!
