I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DMI
Interview
There was a 3-4 person phone interview. They had asked about my knowledge of the project, how I felt working with the team, past conflicts and how I resolved the issues.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DMI (Houston, TX) in Aug 2014
Interview
It took a while to get the ball rolling but once it did everything moved along steadily. The problem was they didnt know anything about where I was going to be working, my hours, or my dress code. The Skype interview was delayed per the person on the other end and then when it did happen, you could tell they were sitting down for a meal.
