Applied online then got sent a psychometric test which was basically an iq test and then a bunch of short form questions about political and economic issues. Then did a panel interview where they introduced themselves and who they were and they asked us a bunch of questions. Then did one more round of interviews in person.

They asked me about a likely event that would happen in the near future that would affect fiscal and monetary policy and how it would affect the markets. (Not word for word but basically the gist).

Great interview process. Very positive experience. The interviewer was great, very helpful with great energy. Unfortunately I didn’t get an offer but I would definitely consider DRW again in the future if another suitable role arises.
