I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DTE Energy (Detroit, MI) in Nov 2015
Interview
I met a recruiter at a career fair, submitted my resume, was contacted about a week later. Two weeks after initially submitting my resume I went in for an interview with two engineers at DTE. The interview was the stereotypical STAR interview with very little technical talk. There was some time after the questions for me to ask whatever I wanted, which is good to utilize.

Question 1
When was one time you had to confront a team member who was not working as much as s/he should have been? How did you confront this person, and what was the outcome?
2 on 1 interviews with engineers not on the team I'd be working with. They interviewed all the students with preselected questions and STAR method. Seems like answers were typed out on a form of some sort
STAR was used during the interview process. My interview was over the phone, so I cannot go into detail on an in-person interview. Overall the interview went great and I ended up getting the job.
