The interview process was convoluted with HR. I was called for an interview, then asked to fill out a lengthy questionnaire application that included work, salary history and salary requirements. Then HR called for a personal interview with a panel of 4 people and a Excel business project.

The interview was a typical behavior based interview with fairly difficult business case analysis focused on residential power outages.
