I applied online and HR scheduled an phone screening call with a team of two supervisors. It was just knowing about my skills and background. After 2 weeks from phone screening invited for video interview with a team two managers. Second round was1 hours STAR format interview. They had already prepared 6 Behavioural questions. Complete interview they noted down all my answers. Quick in responding after interview. Answers should be in STAR format.

STAR method interview. 2-3 people on panel, likely will be from the group that will be hiring. May be asked some technical questions depending on who does the interview. Overall, it was an easy interview

STAR format here. This process is very daunting because the questions they ask you almost never relate to the position you're applying for. Be ready to answer "Give me a time where you had to show initiative without being asked... how did this play out for you."
