I had two phone interviews and then a final panel interview at their office. They were all very polite and nice. We conversed well and they seemed to be very interested in me and my skill sets. I was promised that I would hear back from their HR team after the holiday season. However, I have heard nothing. No offer nor a rejection. I’ve emailed several times but their HR team has ignored me, and been extremely unprofessional. I’m beginning to wonder if this is more telling of the organization as a whole. After final interviews, candidates have proven their interest and dedication to the position, not letting them know what’s going on not only wastes their time but it also prevents them from applying elsewhere. I will give them one more week and then withdraw my application. So unprofessional.

Interview
A very disappointing experience. After short phone conversation I was promised a follow up. No follow up, no response to emails or phone. If a company isn't interested in you the professional approach is to at least write a "thanks but no thanks" email. Truly unprofessional in every way. Thanks for sparing me a career start with a disreputable company. Beware!
