Submitted my resume to the hiring manager, within the week I was contacted for an interview. Interview was through our internal Skype messenger. Questions where asked regarding Java/SQL with a scaling difficulty. Problems were shown in an online presentation form with working space for me to write out my thoughts.

Interview
I was interviewed with 2 person. One is people's manager, while the other one is the team lead. The people's manager will ask question related work expeience in general while the technical part will be handle by the team lead. In my case, I need to tackle much on the team lead side as the people's manager here is clueless. Trust me I'm engineer.

I attended two stage. In the first stage they asked about the previous project and the technology used in each project about an hour.
