It was kind of weird. I got an email that almost looked like spam and I was interviewed online via Google Hangout. I was asked a series of questions and given time limits to answer all of them and very specific instructions on what to say when finished. I do believe this was to time my typing efficiency.

I applied for the bilingual position of the same role and obviously had to answer questions in both languages to demonstrate proficiency in them. Most questions were the typical questions a candidate should expect for this type of role. I did have to give a few examples of when I had to go above and beyond to deliver satisfactory customer service or demonstrate patience with angry callers

Zoom interview with two people. Nice friendly people. Waited a couple more weeks to find out if accepted. I was accepted and training was 10 weeks long. Must be in training without missing a day.
