The hiring process involved an initial phone screen, a zoom interview with the team, and an in-person manager interview. I believed my interview was satisfactory, and I was informed that I would receive a decision by the Friday of the following week. However, despite a month passing, I have yet to receive any feedback. I am somewhat disappointed that the hiring process did not indicate the outcome.
