straightforward. Nothing too serious. Business casual is fine for interviews. Make sure you know a lot about roofing, siding, windows, and baths and you'll excel. Had to do this on my own though.

Interview
To my surprise, it was a pleasant interview. If anything, it got me even more excited for the opportunity. Very comfortable and easy going. I almost forgot I was in a interview at times.
