Company founded on John C. Maxwells principles, which is great- if they followed them. My first interview my interviewer was using unappreciated profanities. Not a good first impression. At the beginning of the interview, he mentioned that no decisions would be made today because another interview with his manager would be conducted over the phone, then a decision could be made. After the first interview, the interviewer asked "If I could offer you the job right now, would you take it?" I explained I had a few other opportunities to decide on, and that I'd be picking the best fit. He said he understood, and set up an over the phone interview with his manager. The 2nd interview went great, and he offered me the job over the phone. I explained that I couldn't make a decision right away, but that I'd let him know very soon and I thanked him for his time. He hung up on me, then shortly after I got an email saying that I wasn't selected. Which was fine. However, I just found it funny that they say they operate by John Maxwells principles. It was obvious to me that they didn't.
