I was contacted by a recruiter and asked to take a skills test. Once I completed the skills test I was contacted to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview went well and literally the same day I received an e-mail inviting me to an interviewing event at the facility. The interviewing event consisted of dinner with Davita employees and other candidates and was followed by a facility tour and interviews the next day. In the in person interviews each candidate was placed in an individual rooms and interviewers alternated in about ever 30 minutes, totally about 5 or 6 interviews. After the interviews we were provided lunch followed by a presentation.

1st Was Phone interview with recruiter: They asked questions about my background, and behavioral questions. It took about 45 minutes and she took a lot of notes. 2nd Was a Panel Interview with other Facility Administrators and Group Facility Administrators. All of the questions were behavioral questions, mostly about how you have handled certain situations in the past. It is important that you are thorough with the recruiter and in your resume because the panel will have your resume pulled up and the notes from the recruiter. 3rd Was an interview with the Regional Director, which she asked behavioral questions as well as trying to get an understanding of my knowledge of the business aspect of the position. 4th I did a shadow day at the facility with the Regional Director and acting Facility Administrator. i was shown the facility and met some of the staff. Its important to have a lot of questions and get a chance to have a one on one with the Regional Director if they are their. Finally I did an interview with the VP and Director or Persons. This interview was intense, The will ask behavioral questions but they will want to know the thought process, the why and the how when you make a decision. Also they will focus on whatever shortcoming you may have and ask how you plan to overcome it.
