I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DaVita (New Orleans, LA) in Jul 2011
Interview
I had always wanted to work for Davita. I've applied there three times in the past four years. Once, I got an in person interview, but didn't get the job. I have no dialysis experience. Last week, I applied for a Staff RN position and did a phone interview-only to be told at the conclusion of the interview that the position I applied for was no longer available! The recruiter then told me that there was a similar position at another center not far from the one which I had applied and asked if I'd like to be considered for that one. I agreed to apply for that position, only to check out the website moments later to learn that the other position to which she was referring was a Charge position. Again, I have no dialysis experience, so I emailed the recruiter asking if there was a staff RN position at that location not posted yet. I received no response until today, stating that I was not chosen for the CHARGE POSITION to which I had applied. What a joke!

Question 1
Why are you interested in working at this outpatient clinic?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DaVita
Interview
The interview process was informative. The panel each explained their role in the unit before discussing what my role would be. Then they had me observe on the floor so that I could get a feel for whether the position was a good fit for me.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DaVita (Corpus Christi, TX) in Aug 2016
Interview
I walked in for application, met with the facility administrator and was invited to come back and shadow a few days later. It was a positive experience but I found out later, I was ineligible for hire due to my DDI score, even if the manager wanted to hire me.
