I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita (Deland, FL) in Jan 2017
Interview
Terrible. Group panel was the worst. I had to talk to one lady from Fort Lauderdale on the phone and it was ackward to do that, I think she should have had to come up to be part of interviewing. Head manager was very nice, but the lady below her not so much. Ask the same questions over and over again. Did not feel like they had it together

Question 1
Management style. Questions were all the same basically. I accepted position but looking for something else quickly.
Being a person from HR, it always really sticks out to me when the recruiting process is lacking. It tells me what the employees must go through once they are onboarded. I was told I would hear back from the recruiter and be kept in the loop, but instead she ignored my emails and ghosted me. Very unprofessional and speaking of what it must be like once you join as an employee, especially within HR.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DaVita (Washington, DC) in Jan 2016
Interview
Thorough and thoughtful phone screening. The process took longer than the scheduled 30 minutes which usually is indicative of interest by the employer. Indeed, this was correct as the hiring manager contacted me by the end of the same day to set up a second phone interview.
The day/time of the second phone interview came, and there was "radio silence." I waited for 45 minutes, and still there was no call. So, I emailed and received a reply that something had come up. Therefore, I proposed a list of new times for us to conduct the phone interview.
The next day I got the TBNT (thanks but no thanks) email. Not a personal call, nor a personal email --- the canned TBNT email. Accordingly, I responded to the hiring manager and was told they were extending an offer to a candidate already in process.
I will end the review at this and allow the readers to draw whatever conclusions they may from my experience with the company.
