Interview
You just sit down with the manager and answer basic questions of if you are compatible with job requirements and what your role will be. If you have the interview you have the job. They hire new grads and never stop needing people. They divert the extra people to different locations if they don't need them there are always hours you just might have to drive and you get gas money. If you are a human being who is breathing with a nursing license you have this job. Just look respectful and professional and boom hired.

How many years, if you’re ok with not knowing an exact time you’ll be going home from shift since hours vary depending on patient load.
