I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita in Oct 2019
Interview
Applied through handshake. There was a first-round interview on campus that consisted of a 30 min behavioral and a 30 min case. The case was fairly straightforward, especially if you have experience in that kind of thing.
Then they had an on-site a few weeks later. There was a Thursday night meet and greet at a restaurant that was very valuable to get more info and meet people. Friday consisted of a few behavioral rounds and another case before we got a tour of the impressive HQ and some more info sessions. It was a very enjoyable experience overall, and the people were lovely. They have a big emphasis on being genuine and honest.
