Interview
During COVID you interview with one person over the phone and then (if you make it through that interview) with three different managers. They try to place you close to where you live (if you get through this interview) so one of the managers chooses you.

What experience do you have with dialysis? Tell me about a situation where you had to multitask? And other questions which ask how did you handle so and so situation.
Was an interview with multiple supervisors. Lasted about 30 minutes and was more scenario questions. They asked about expected pay and asked if I understood how the training would be.

Interview
The process was very informative and explained in regards to what you would be doing. Was approx 30 mins long. Very straight forward with all the information and detailed very well.
