The interview was very relaxed. There were two people interviewing me. There were several behavioral and situational questions. It lasted about 30-45 minutes. The questions were like what values do you identify with, how did you hear about us, why davita. There were also several questions that i feel were asked to determine how good you were with change. Questions like tell me about a time where you had a change in policy and how do you cope with this change.
