Interview
I applied on a Monday and received an email the following day(Tuesday) to schedule a 15 min. phone interview with a recruiter. Did the phone interview on Wednesday where the recruiter told me a bit about the company and the role. The recruiter moved me on to a panel interview through video with managers from the office I would be working at for Thursday. Panel interview started similar to the phone interview, they asked about me and told me about the role, but in the end they didn't ask me the behavioral interview questions they were supposed to, so we had to continue the interview the next day but only through phone. On Friday, they continued the interview by first letting me ask any questions I had for them. Then they asked me behavioral interview questions and at the end they told me that I answered everything well and that they would notify the HR department and I would be receiving an email or a call the following week. On Monday I got a call from the recruiter I had done the phone interview with notifying me that I got the job, the pay ($18 to start), and the starting date. Afterwards I just received the offer letter and had to do a background check, drug test, and electronically sign papers.

Tell me how you decide what to prioritize when you have many tasks to do. / How would you manage receiving a lot of information at a time.
Easy. Quick phone call then in person was 30 minutes. Got a tour of the facility and discussed pay which was a little low for job responsibilities. Benefits described sounded pretty great.

Interview
Took about 1 week to schedule the interview, then was interviewed in an in-person panel. Questions were fairly simple. They were a little late to interview me, but understandable since they are a busy practice. +
There was an initial phone screening interview with a recruiter. The interview was fairly easy and just covered the job description, going over qualifications that align with the job requirements. Answer any questions you have regarding the company or the process of the hiring process.
