Applied online at their website. Received phone interview then was scheduled a week later for an in person interview. Interview last about 45 minutes to and hour. Interviewed with 2-3 people.

Phone Interview with Recruiter. Phone Interview went well. My resume is a direct match to the position, it's ironic to me that once I met in person with the Screener for the team; I felt like I was in a pre-civil war meeting. The interviewer didn't seem that comfortable with me (a diverse candidate), despite my efforts to develop a rapport. It felt like I was interviewing in cold New York versus warm California. Didn't seem to match their core values either. If this happens to you, I recommend leaving the interview. You deserve respect too, after all candidates and employees should be treated with respect and dignity.
