The process consists of four stages: an initial 30-minute screening call, a 60-minute remote interview with technical management, a timed online coding assessment, and finally, an on-site day with a deliverable presentation.
The coding test was hosted on a third-party platform similar to LeetCode, with algorithm-style challenges and multiple-choice questions. In my experience, the content had limited overlap with the day-to-day technologies and frameworks highlighted in the job description, so candidates may want to prepare by practicing fundamentals and problem-solving exercises outside of their normal tech stack.
After completing the technical assessment I was informed I had not been selected to proceed. No specific feedback was provided at any stage of the four-week process, and follow-up requests for feedback were not acknowledged.
The process was structured and thorough, but also time-intensive. Candidates should be aware that the emphasis is placed heavily on algorithmic testing rather than practical framework knowledge, and that detailed feedback may not be provided after later stages of the process.
