The 1st stage is to check the applicant's documentation to determine whether applicant is suitable for the position.
The 2nd stage is 20 questions with mathematics, database design, logic questions and IQ questions. Correct answer will contribute 5 marks while wrong answer will minus 3 marks. The result has to more than 55% to proceed Stage 3.
The 3rd stage is HR phone interview, just to check your English speaking and listening, asked general questions like introducing, strengths and weaknesses, biggest achievement, etc. If you hasn't prepare yet, you can just saying you are not free at the moment.
The 4th stage is technical interview, 1st test is to test logical thinking, they will ask you to play a schedule game. 2nd test is ask you to write pseudocode for the solution. 3rd test ask you to present your findings on the case study. 4th test is ask you to design the database with object-oriented concept. However, I failed in this test due to weak OOP. Better luck next time.
