Interview
Na de online sollicitatie eerst een telefonisch gesprek om te kijken of duidelijk is wat de vacature inhoudt, wat vragen over je opleiding/cv. Hierna een online planningsprobleem oplossen waar je boven een bepaald percentage moet scoren. Voldoe je hieraan, wordt je uitgenodigd op het kantoor voor een 1-op-1 gesprek. In mijn geval met de Business Unit Director. Dit is een orienterend gesprek waarbij gekeken wordt of je bij het bedrijf past en het bedrijf/de functie verder uitgelegd wordt. Is dit gesprek positief vanuit beide kanten dan volgt er (een week) later een serie van testjes (planningsproblemen, interface ontwerp, object oriented schema's, code bekijken). Aansluitend had ik een gesprek met een andere Business Unit Director. HIer werd weer wat over het bedrijf/de functie toegelicht en vragen beantwoord. Enkele dagen na dit gesprek ben ik uitgenodigd voor een aanbod.
Tips:
Zorg dat je weet hoe de Quintiq software eruit ziet en werkt (via webinar of youtube) en haal je kennis van Object Oriented programmeren weer eens op.

One hour screen call . Before getting a chance for that interview you have to pass the so called combustion challenge which is a bit hard. Then if you pass the interview you get the chance to attend the weekly BC challenge which is a kind of simulation Quintiq project which measures how appropriate you are for the job itself. At end of that phase if you pass successfully you get the job offer.
