The first-round interview is a 30-minute discussion with the designer.
The second-round interview is one day long. I did a portfolio presentation, 1:1 with team members, and a design challenge.
After that, I was rejected.

Interview
It was indeed a very deep and constructive process. All the stages were relevant and people on panel were actually interested in knowing and understanding the designs and process. It was not easy but it was definitely challenging. Very punctual when it comes to interview time slots. Did not negotiate much regarding the package but definitely took my concerns into account.
