Behavioral interview questions, the process to me was very straightforward. They had the CEO, Hiring Manager and a Sr. Recruiter sit in with me. They gave me a tour of their office after we finished.

The staff is tremendous and very dependable. They have been accessible every time, I needed them. They have been able to give me guidance for interviewing, and to advance in future opportunities that I would not have considered in the past. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to enhance their career. I needed to inquire about how vacation time was accrued. I received a call within 2 days giving me the information. I do not really see this as being a con for-sow but may be an opportunity for improvement. I believe they are living the values of their strategy to assist people within their career with a caring staff.
