Similar experience to your typical interview process, i.e. conversations, vision, presentation, etc, but one thing that stuck out was the Databricks recruiting team. The team that I worked with was super helpful in setting correct expectations for each round and gave great visibility into the company and what to expect. This experience really set me at ease and allowed me to be myself in each round, which is helpful. Interviews can be additive stress, so the continuing conversation with my recruiter helped for each interview stage and how to accurately prepare.
