Interview
The recruiter did an excellent job reaching out and taking me through the candidate process. Databricks has a high bar for talent and this was reflected in all the conversations I had with the team. The process is comprehensive and allows the candidate and Databricks to understand if it will be a good match. Databricks is open about its ambitious growth plans.

Interview
The interview process is long, but very well organized and fair. The expectations for each interview are communicated clearly and every interviewer was very polite and honest. If I had to design an interview process in the future I would use the process I went through here as a template.

The interview questions are very fair. you do not need previous knowledge of databricks to pass, but review concepts on data science/ML, big data, data management, cloud and programing skills with python/sql.
