4 rounds total. Each interview was about 45 mins and all were 1:1. Each interviewer had a competency such as alignment with company values, candidate experience, stakeholder engagement and cross functional collaboration. Interviewers were Recruiters, Sourcers, Talent Leaders and stakeholders.
