Straightforward process: recruiter call, Hiring manager call, Roleplay, Panel interview (multiple managers), offer.
What was very central is this 'Behavioural Questioning' you get so often nowadays.
It felt a bit rushed. I only spoke to the recruiter and one person from Databricks throughout the whole process (3 rounds), every round I heard I was successful right after and they wanted to plan the next call ASAP ("can you do tomorrow?").
Last round was locked in and then one day before my last interview I get an email from the recruiter that they went ahead with other candidates.
When I arranged for a call for feedback I could only get the feedback from the recruiter screening call and nothing more. I had 3 rounds after that...
So it felt rushy, felt as if there was a short timeline to be met, felt as if they had to hire and put me in as a backup in case the ones with an offer did not take it, and once they did, there was no need to go on with me.
Unfortunately, not the way I would expect a company to treat people on the job market (who progress through the interview stages successfully).
