Interview
- 1 meeting introductif de 30 min
- 1 screening interview de 1h. Il s'agit d'un coding game en Python
- 4 technical interviews de 1h chacun sur plusieurs jours. Il s'agit de différents tests de type: coding game, behavioral, experience, data science, data analytics et ML design
La totalité se fait en anglais, même si certains interviewers parlent français
Quelques détails:
1) coding game: basé sur une fonction à programmer proche de l'environnement de Datadog
2) behavioral: les dernières difficultées rencontrées dans les derniers projets
3) experience: les derniers projets ou le projet en cours, les techniques utilisées, etc
4) data science: les fondamentaux data science, les différents types d'algorithmes, les principaux problèmes avec les données et comment les résoudre
5) data analytics: un notebook a étudier avec des plots et un problème à résoudre
6) ML design: un problème d'architecture ML avec des questions open-ended
Points positifs:
* interviewers très à l'écoute
* réponses à nos questions de manière sincères
Points négatifs:
* entretiens moyen-difficiles, demande beaucoup de préparation
* très peu de feedback ensuite (ou feedback générique) sur les parties non réussies, aucune possibilité de s'améliorer

The process includes a phone screening with recruiter, then there is a call with hiring mananger, next it will be a tech screening testing stats and SQL, then it will be a take home assignment and final presentation.
