Over the phone due to distance. Interviewed with 2 people at the same time and it took about an hour. Was relatively easy and not too stressful. I was really nervous because they did not call me after I applied for a while. They were fast once I had interviewed and had a turn around of a week or so. Overall the process did not take too long but it was my first real interview so I was nervous.
