Received a phone call and immediately had a phone interview, a few weeks after filling out an online application. An in-person interview was scheduled immediately. During that interview, I was asked a bunch of questions relating to my ability to work on a team / handle pressure on the job / etc. It seemed to go well and I was even advised that I shouldn't worry if I didn't hear back soon as the process takes time. I was given a business card and told to stay in touch. Around three weeks later, I received an email saying they were going with a different candidate.
