Deel Executive Assistant interview questions

I decided to publish this as constructive feedback as it's not the first time I applied for a position online and immediately got a rejection email (less than 5 minutes after applying). What kind of recruitment process is that? "Equal opportunity", and "non-discrimination" are very nice words, but they have an important meaning.
