1. call with HR (around 20min) 2. after call with HR got a hometask which should be done in 3 hour (its a javascript+express+sequelize project) needed to add new endpoints/fix one thing 3. meeting with 2 team lead first they showed me a javascript code what it will print and why then they showed me a task and needed to explain how I will solve it, and I could also code using screenshare then asked some questions about AWS experience end of the meeting all looked good everything went well but they declined after some days without any reason, im a maximalist person it was a bit frustrated. lot of people work from Israel (everyone I contacted is from Israel) so maybe this is the reason I think they prefer people from Israel
