One of my best interview processes, from recruiter call to an offer in ~2 weeks. Overall process: recruiter, product director (peer), homework (on a call), head of product 1 (hiring manager), head of product 2, CEO. Everything happens super fast, home task happens within 1 hour call that's back to back with hiring manager, on which there's a follow up conversation (I much prefer this to weeks-long home tasks).

Screening was pleasant. Second round the interviewer was not clear about what they wanted in their questioning and seemed annoyed that the answers were not framed how they would have liked
