Shortest interview ever. The recruiter asked if I was a permanent resident of Belgium. I said yes. The recruiter then asked if I was willing to work as an independent contractor. I said no. She said the position was only possible in Belgium as an independent contractor (despite their website saying they provide EOR services in Belgium). That was the end of the interview.
