Thanks for writing up your experience. I am sorry that it sucked. That is definitely not what we strive for.
Your interview schedule seems pretty typical - we try to be thorough at Thycotic; both for our team to get a good understanding of the candidate but also very importantly for the candidate to really know what they are getting into. We really want you to kick the tires and make sure you are going to like it here. That is why we do the "two panels" - it is actually a core interview panel and then a shorter session with the folks you would work with so you get to know them a little. I don't think 2.5 hours is a marathon - in fact, our software engineer interviews last a full day mostly writing code with the team! Coming to work here is a big decision and we want buy in and need to find folks that will be successful here.
I will follow up to find out why feedback wasn't more direct and get that fixed. Thanks again for giving us an opportunity to learn from our mistakes and improve. Good luck in your search for a new position.
