Dell Technologies Business Operations interview questions

Overall great experience. After being referred by a friend HR contacted me and scheduled an interview over the phone. Went very well, the recruiter was very smart and gentle. A week after was called for 2nd interview with the direct manager. Interview went very well, it was all about validating skills and give insights about the job. Less than 2 weeks I was scheduled for a 3rd round with the VP. Was general discussion but I stressed out and I dont know why and I usually DONT. Maybe because he was very senior I dont know. About 3 weeks later HR called me to tell me they went with another candidate. Dell is a great working environment and very VERY professional people. I wish I can join the team one day. Many thanks to the recruiter who was very supportive through out the who process and also took the time to inform me about the final decision and gave me feedback.

Applied through career services of my College..Position was for Business Operations Intern. The length of interview was approx 30mins including 5-7 mins in the end for my questions. The interview was basically behavioral, with general questions about my experience and some instances where i faced tough situations in my career. I believe what went against me was that the second question he asked from me was if i had some six-sigma experience or had some certifications such as PMP. As per the conversation, it seemed that the requirement was pretty specific looking for people with such background.
