multiple rounds over phone, each increasing in difficulty as higher ranked indviduals were brought in. While informative the answer that they were looking for was generally unclear. This was made worse by the lack of co-ordination and long wait times between calls. If you interview with this company make sure you already have supporters on the inside to keep you updated and the interviewers on task

what was one situation where you had to be convincing
Was simple and smooth. Very communicative and helpful staff. Multiple interviews. They offered me a job but I decided to decline the position. Very helpful recruiter though. Good company to work for.
