Interview
The interview gave me a brief introduction of mechanical engineer's role at Dell and basically just asked about my resume. The interviewer is a Senior manager and he was knowledgeable about Mechanical Engineering. There are many questions like "Tell me about.... on your resume" questions. There is a focus on technical project done.

Tell me about the technical projects that you've done
2 phone interview and follow by 2 zoom calls with other engineers and managers. 1'st call will be with HR and 2nd call will be with one of the team members from the team that's hiring. You will prepare a presentation to highlight what you've done in the past.

The manager asked me few technical and project experiences. Questions like what is the most challenging thing ? How do you overcome interpersonal problems? What did you do and be responsible for?

Dell came to my school and took resumes for their open internships. I met with a recruiter at the career fair and he liked me so he gave me an interview. There was one in person interview and then 2 follow-up phone interviews. The entire process took about 3-4 weeks.
