Dell Technologies Network Engineer interview questions

Phone screen and interview. Background check and drug screen.

The interview was always by phone. I had around 5 phone calls with different teams. The first call was with HR and only to ask some general questions about the job I was about to perform. The second interview was with 5 network people, and they were asking from easy to hard questions about networking. Also they would ask general questions totally unrelated to the job I was going to perform which were a little hard to know what to answer. The other call was as well very technical, and the last call was with a Dell Director, not a technical interview, but more of a personal interview.
