Deloitte Associate Analyst I interview questions

Selection process comprised of n steps, it was a campus drive. First was Aptitude test, which screened out candidates. The selected candidates were called for interview. On interview day, candidates were grouped and were given case study material for limited time, we were supposed to find solutions and provides suggestions based on that case. After case study round, we had one-to-one interview with the panelist, where we discussed the case study and later the things mentioned on resume along with some job related aspects. We're asked to wait for the break time and final result was to be announced after that.

The selection process consisted of three rounds : 1. written examination consisting of QA, LR, and ENGLISH. (The marks are calculated on a percentile basis so you have to be very swift and smart while attending each question) 2. Case study/ G.D round, for this round you have to use your IQ and decision-making ability up to the mark, show your presence of mind. They will give you a topic/case and you have to analyze it and give your opinion upon that. 3. Technical/H.R round, in this round you have to show your technical skills and just show off your communication, the better you are able to show your ideas via communication, the greater are the chances for you to get selected.
