Interview
Super chill and the interviewers made it more of a conversation. 30 minutes with a manager and then 30 minutes with a partner. The time flew by and it didn’t seem like an hour.
Conversational, many behavioral questions, tell me about yourself, walk me through your resume, tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult client, tell me about a time you had to deal with conflicting priorities
Individual interview, Interviewer will show a a short video. In the video, there are a few questions and you need to answer and explain. Not really difficult as long as you have basic accounting knowledge.
Very quick, in-person, behavioural interview process, about 45 minutes in length, very good process all around, interviewers were very approachable and willing to answer my questions at the end of the interview
