I was referred by my friend. The process took 1 month. The initial rounds were to test English language skills ( test similar to TOEFL ) emphasizing more on the business writing skills scheduled by HR and the next day and the interview taken by Manager and Client.

Questions mostly based on the resumes and past work experience.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
