An essay writing, Group discussions and then 2 rounds of interview. The essay topics were around education and development (which were the sector they were hiring for) and the GD topics were also generic.

Esperienze passate, con focus su percorso universitario e tesi
It was good. Asked in detail about generative ai, ml concepts, ai in general and rag systems. Agentic ai concepts were also covered, with focus on in depth knowledge and proper domain understanding
2 rounds with senior managers.
First one went well, they really honed in on the technical bits of my experiences. One cheeky theoretical question at the end (linear regressions). Ball was in my court.
Second one in similar vein but they went way tougher on the theoretical questions. They went through my "Skills" section and dissected me. Option Pricing, Monte Carlo simulation, Risk Measures. At the end a programming question as well: "Write a code on how to find the day of the week of a given future date".
I was struggling, but somewhat got to the correct answers in the end.
Interviewer was annoyed as I embellished my CV a bit too much. Watch out for that.
Got rejected AT THE END OF THE INTERVIEW. lol.
