I think purely based on the interaction with Deloitte representatives in the pre-placement talk, I could already sense that students would be more comfortable in expressing themselves during the interview process. They really boost your confidence and keep interacting that competitive coding is not a factor for selection which comforts students who don't have leetcode leaderboard scores to brag about.

Question 1
First round was an elimination round based on an AMCAT aptitude test with Quantitative, Verbal and Logical reasoning questions.
Then came the JAM round. Questions were general knowledge based and knowledge about current technologies would give you an edge over other candidates.
Finally, there was a managerial cum HR interview round. Depending on your resume and choice, they might ask coding questions or general questions about college courses.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
